| | school food service experience or related work; such alternatives to the |
| | aforementioned qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate |
| | may be acceptable. In the absence of the manager, the Assistant Manager |
| | shall assume the manager's responsibilities; additionally, the Asst. Manager |
| | shall assist the manager in taking inventories, making reports, ordering foor, |
| | supplies, equipment and in the planning of menus. The Asst. Manager |
| | should always demonstrate pride in her work and perform professionally. |
