My name is Misty Gossett. I am a graduate of Walker College, the University of Alabama, and UAB. I have a Master's degree in elementary education. I grew up in Nauvoo, but I now live in Boldo. My husband's name is Matthew. I have 3 nieces and 1 nephew. I have a dog, 2 cats and lots of fish.

I grew up in Pennsylvania. I attended California University of Pennsylvania where I received my Bachelors and Master's in Education. I attended the University of Alabama for my Administration Certificate and recently received my Specialist's degree at the University of Southern Mississippi. I am currently attending USM and plan to graduate this year with my PhD.

I have been married to my husband Jody for six years and we have one daughter Kaylee who is almost four. I graduated from UAB in 1999, cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education. I completed my Master's summa cum laude in early childhood from UAB in 2003.
