Welcome to Walker County Public Schools. We have great pride in our students, schools, and communities. This online presentation has been created to assist you in becoming familiar with our school system.

Our teachers, students, and administrators are working cooperatively with parents, businesses, and community agencies to assure quality education for each student.

The Walker County Board of Education recognizes the necessity of technology in facilitating and stimulating the education of our students and the role it can play in making the management of schools more effective. We are currently in the process of implementing our technology plan. Classrooms in all of our schools are Internet accessible and are connected through a wide-area network.
