Hello Cordova Blue Devils! My name is Coach B. The "B" stands for Bickelhaupt but that's to long, song Coach B is easier. I have been a PE/Health teacher for 13 years and love what I do everyday! I am happy that I teach at Cordova Elementary because the faculty and students are so wonderful and friendly here. I am very proud to be a Blue Devil and to be a part of a great school and community. Our wonderful gym is running perfectly with the AC blowing strong. There will no limits to what we can accomplish in this wonderful facility. Our gym is one of the very few that is air-conditioned within the county system.  

The students are not only taught about the importance of Aerobic activities but they practice it with great zeal and zest throughout the week. They actually are excited about jogging!!  They have been taught about the importance of the cool down phase at the end of the jog, as well as super fun games from time to time!   We will soon start working on our first fitness test and then perform the second and final one in the spring.  Please encourage your child to try and do his/her best on these tests.  This is for their health and life!

We hope to continue to add more equipment to our expanding playground to make more fun, safe and physically challenging activities for the students to explore.  Some activities scheduled for this year are:
