Hello, and welcome to the Cordova Elementary Media Center webpage!  My name is Grace Williams, but many of the children know me as Ms. Bice (my maiden name).  I have been the media specialist/librarian at C.E.S. for the last three years and have loved every minute of it.  My masters in Media Science is from The University of West Alabama and I also have degrees focusing on elementary education from both Bevill State in Jasper as well as The University of South Alabama. 

             As the media specialist, I focus on promoting information literacy to our students, faculty, and community.  I teach library classes throughout the week focusing on literacy, comprehension, research, and information retrieval skills.  I also collaborate with teachers and students to offer tips and ideas for projects and research.
